The requirements of DCC 18.80.072 shall not apply to: a. Storm water management basins established by an airport identified under ORS 836.610(1). b. Seaplane landing areas within airports identified under ORS 836.610(1). c. Lands owned or managed by Sunriver Resort, Crosswater, and their affiliates.
