The Friendly Voice on the Line, Making Your First Step Easy MEET NICOLE OTT

We talk a lot about “real planning, not templates.” But there’s a step before planning ever starts: the first call. That moment sets the tone for everything that follows, which is why I’m excited to introduce Nicole Ott , our new Lead Intake Coordinator (around the office, we call her “Nicole O.” so no one confuses her with our VP, Nicole Rego). Nicole is usually the first person you’ll speak with when you reach out. Her job is simple to describe and hard to do well: listen carefully, understand what you need, and get you to the right next step, whether that’s a Strategic Planning Session or a seat at an upcoming seminar. She’s the bridge between “thinking about it” and “getting it done,” and she handles that handoff with calm, care, and speed. What I like most about Nicole is that her professionalism is powered by heart. She’s been through the real-life experiences that bring many families to

us, navigating decisions when emotions are high. That experience fuels her mission here: help you get answers fast, avoid unnecessary fights, and put your wishes in order before a crisis forces your hand. It’s empathy first, then action. A few fun snapshots so you can picture the human on the other end of the line: Nicole’s a summer person (think pool days and a firepit at night). She’s big on music, from country concerts to the competitive glory of music bingo. Before joining us, she worked in education, including with students with special needs, and also ran the front-of-house in the beauty world as an esthetician and salon manager. Translation: She knows people, she knows service, and she keeps things moving. What this means for you: When you call, a real human answers . You get clear guidance on what to bring, what happens next, and how we’ll keep your matter moving. No runaround. No mystery.

Just a friendly pro who respects your time and gets you where you need to go. If you’ve been meaning to start, or it’s time to refresh an old plan, Nicole is ready to help you take the first step the right way. Next step: Call us and ask for Nicole O. to schedule your Strategic Planning Session or grab a seat at our next seminar. She’ll get you squared away in minutes.
