Whether you complete Welding certifications, earn your Cosmetology/ Barbering license, or train in Auto Mechanics, you can pair that expertise with a Business degree to open your own company, shop, or salon. Imagine being both the skilled professional & the entrepreneur.... now that’s the Rough Rider spirit in action!

Directions:

1. sift together dry ingredients. 2. add sugar and oats. 3. cut in butter. 4. put 2/3 mixture in 8x8” square pan. 5. spread preserves. 6. cover with remaining mixture. 7. bake at 350 for 35 min. Note: Double recipe for 9x11” pans
