We incorporate a proprietary investment model which applies a global, bottom- up filtering process. Our 15 “Entrepreneur" attributes utilize both qualitative and quantitative criteria. We apply our criteria to the global investment universe and screen for entrepreneurial companies with market caps above $300 million.
We utilize several tools to conduct this research including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Morningtar, ExecuComp among others. The portfolio manager has oversight of this process who delegates and engages the research of the assistant portfolio manager, the CFO, and other associates as required.
