SENIOR SURVEYOR Property Management

Not only is the historic Regent Street renowned worldwide for its leisure and shopping, it is also a leading business destination

JLL operates under The Crown Estate’s own brand of Regent Street Management Direct, providing a team of professionals delivering all aspects of property, customer and facilities management and finance. Direct letting services are also provided. The team works closely with The Crown Estate to help achieve the Regent Street Vision investment programme. Behind the famous façade of Regent Street, the Estate has invested heavily to create commercial office space to provide the West End with ever improving business accommodation. In addition to redeveloping a number of assets, the portfolio also delivers a great deal of office space to a variety of corporate organisations and SME’s offering such businesses the chance to be based in a first class location whilst not taking large footplates on long lease terms. It can offer flexible, agile office accommodation - maintaining a service to customers which is nothing short of excellent. JLL’s single purpose is to deliver a service to The Crown Estate’s customers (tenants) which results in loyalty beyond reason. Through Regent Street Management Direct, JLL: • Puts the customer experience and service at the forefront of all that it does • Understands the needs of the organisations who occupy the space, appreciating the differences in sector and business type • Creates an environment where tenants are seen as customers and are invaluable • Takes a hands on problem solving approach to working with The Crown Estate

This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspirational property management professional to work on an unrivalled portfolio which is recognised as being at the forefront of the industry. Not only are you able to make and develop much closer relationships with one dedicated client, The Crown Estate, you are also able to service a large and diverse customer base in a ‘hands on’ yet strategic manner. Regent Street is one of the jewels in The Crown Estate’s portfolio, with a defined asset strategy to continue the significant redevelopment of space in order to provide London’s finest retail, office and leisure destination in one prime location. Whilst The Crown Estate’s asset strategy is set to move away from smaller office and retail footplates, the portfolio has a large percentage of buildings which will continue to provide accommodation for a variety of smaller corporate businesses and SME’s. Some of the most significant assets on Regent Street offer a variety of customers the chance to be in one of the premium addresses in London without having to take significant floor space. In the medium term, there is an opportunity to take more responsibility for the wider management offering around Regent Street and one’s career will progress as The Crown Estate’s asset strategy continues to evolve.
