In March we unveiled the final phase of our Extreme Home Makeover , inviting our Door of Hope family to tour the Los Robles house and thank God with us for the completion of this major goal. Drawing on the expanding field of trauma-informed design, we made every choice thoughtfully and purposefully—color, texture, light, art, room arrangement, private bathrooms for each family at 3 out of 4 shelters— ensuring each element works together to provide a sense of safety, calm, and hope . Lazarian. “My parents had an interest in starting a ministry for homeless families,” Stan shared. He related the
