With so much happening around us both within our personal and work life, it’s important that we find time to prioritize our mental health! Remember, it’s ok not to be ok! It’s natural to feel stress, anxiety, grief and worry. Life throws us so many unique situations that it can impact us in different ways. Knowing how to cope, lean on support, and utilize resources is more important than ever! The medical plan deductible/coinsurance/out of pocket maximum do apply for the tier in which your provider falls under. Lean on your support system during these times.
