Built in 2006, the shopping center is the most prominent retail development between Delran and Burling- ton. The center was sold to a private investor. Shane Wierks represented both ends of the transaction. · The sale of Toyota Service Center, 1601 Livingston Ave., North Brunswick. The auto service and repair center was sold to an investor. Bill Far- kas represented the seller and procured the buyer. · Six tenants signed leases at Morris Marketplace, 191 East Hanover Ave., Morris Twp. Re- cently signed tenants Mattress Warehouse, Burlington Coat Factory, Restore Wellness, UBreakIFix, Panda Express, and Taco Bell are leasing a to- tal of 37,264 s/f of space at the shopping center.
