hat is your great- est professional accomplishment?

I am an outgoing, driven, personable individual who genuinely enjoys working with people and I guess it’s evident to others. I once read a quote and have always abided by it. It read “People will forget what you said and people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”.

So far, my greatest profes- sional accomplishment took place last year, when I ex- ceeded my 2021 goal of origi- nating at least $10 million in debt financing by year-end and ended up closing in excess $35 million in loans the second half of the year. How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry? My contributions to the company/industry include expanding the firm’s clientele and increasing business op- portunities, while generating more revenue. Additionally, I maintain strong relationships between my clients and lend- ers, in order to streamline the loan process between all par- ties involved for an efficient closing experience. I also pro- vide the most competitive debt options to my clients in order for them to maximize their returns, which in-turn impacts the industry. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? The strongest influencers in my career are Progress Capi- tal’s founding partner, Kathy Anderson and her partner, Brad Domenico. Both have pro- vided me with the confidence, tools and resources I need to reach my potential for a suc- cessful path ahead. What impact has social media/networking had on your career? Social media has had a pro- found effect on my career, es- pecially Linked-In and Insta- gram. As they are an effective tool for not only promoting my work and accomplishments, but it also keeps me current with industry news and up- coming events for networking to expand my reach. What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most suc- cessful in your profession? I feel that my unique quality is how good I am at network- ing.
