How do you contribute to your company and/ or the industry? I have taken over a larger role with Peter Wis- niewski helping run the Commercial Sales and Leas- ing division at Kislak. Over 5 years my knowledge of the market, specifically, the Medical Office building market has grown tremendously and allowed me to source new clients and business and help grow the commercial division at Kislak. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? The entire leadership team at Kislak has been extremely influential on my career. From Peter Winsiewski who runs my office and I work with closely everyday to Jason Pucci and Rob Holland. Learning and hearing from experienced Brokers who close large deals has been very valuable to my growth as a broker. Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your cur- rent position and why you choose the field/ profession you are in today? I started with Kislak in 2017 as a sales associate working in the Union, Morris, and somerset county area. My main focus was and still remains to be medical office leasing and sales. Since 2017, I have now been promoted to Vice President and its been an honor to work alongside so many successful bro- kers at Kislak. Hearing them discuss their closed transactions during our weekly sales meetings has

What is your greatest professional accom- plishment? Being honored with Kislak’s prestigious Rookie of the Year Award for my accomplishments in 2021. What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? My most notable project was selling Friendly Self Storage Facility. This was the first deal I sold where I represented both the buyer and the seller. There was a tremendous amount of interest in the property when I got the exclusive listing, and brought it to the market. Once we were under contract there were a variety of environmental concerns that we needed to address. This slowed the deal down by a few months but we were able to overcome the obstacles and get to the closing table. How do you contribute to your company and/ or the industry? I attend as many company events as possible al- ways doing my best to represent Kislak as a leader in investment sales within the industry. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? My senior partner and mentor Matt Weilheimer has been the more supportive and helpful than I could ever ask. As I’ve grown in my career he has been there for me on all of my deals, especially when challenges arise. What impact has social media/networking had on your career?

What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? My most notable transaction was my first com - pleted deal, 14 units in University City, Philadelphia located at 3308-3310 Hamilton Street. Starting out in this business it can sometimes feel like a deal is never going to finally get across the finish line, so I was able exhale and get one under my belt. It felt great. How do you contribute to your company and /or the industry? I feel that I bring authenticity to the industry and represent my company in the same fashion. My goal is to be completely transparent in every interaction and convey a sense of trust to my clients. Hopefully it comes across. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? My colleague Justin Lupo has been a great mentor thus far in helping me through the pitfalls of this industry along with showing me the right way to attack this business. He has been a huge help. What impact has social media/networking had on your career? Networking is the life line of my career. Every day I am out on the road looking to network, meet new people and open more doors. Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your current position and why you choose the field/profes - sion you are in today?
