J Bar Braunvieh
J Bar Braunvieh was created in 1996 when the first AI calves were born. Braunvieh is one of the oldest pure breeds known to the industry, originating from Switzerland. They were imported into the United States in the mid 1980s. They are adaptable to every environment, from Mexico to Canada. They are an excellent crossbreeding prospect for English cattle, adding hybrid vigor and improved yield grades to your steer calves and early maturing, fertile heifers that will make great cows.
