DISON, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) , a corporate and indus- trial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced Metrofuser LLC has leased 25,134 s/f at 475 Division St. in Elizabeth, a 175,000 s/f in- dustrial property. Herb Zimmerman , senior vice president, and Jeff Gold- finger , vice president, of BRC represented Metrofuser LLC in the transaction.
