R.A. Brown Ranch Customer Appreciation - Commercial Bred Heifer Sale Wednesday, March 11, 2026 Commercial heifers will sell following the Black bulls and just before the Red Angus bulls. Our Customers’ Best Our customers represent a healthy mix of some of elite ranching operations across the southern plains as well as the beef industry’s rising generation of superstar cowmen and cattlewomen. They share a common appreciation for profitable beef genetics. Through the front-end bulls they purchase in our annual sales, and the balanced trait calv - ing ease sires they use A.I., these ranchers have developed some of the most sought after, ranch-ready replacement females in the industry. And, they are willing to share their “keepers” in our annual bull sale. How the Commercial Heifer Sale will work: • Consignments will all be videoed prior to the sale and will be available at RABrownRanch.com along with the bull videos. • Larger groups of heifers will be sold in “gate-cut” of approximately 10 head. The successful bidder will have the option of taking any/all consecutive 10 head sorts from the same lot and at the same bid price. • The following pages contain general descriptions of each ranch’s entire consignment as well as delivery in- formation. Our Sale Day Supplement will have any updated palpation/ultrasound information and how that impacts the exact head count for each lot. • The Commercial heifer lots represented in this catalog will be sold FOB their respective consignor’s ranch. Breeding Guarantee: All commercial females identified as “Bred” have been determined pregnant by a competent ultrasound or palpation technician. If prior to May 1, 2026 it is determined (by competent palpa- tion/ultrasound technician) that one of the commercial females you purchased in this sale is not pregnant, then please call us and you will be reimbursed (by the seller) the difference between her purchase price and the salvage value you receive for her.

Sale Method: 1 set of 10 "3-in-1" packages - 2-year-old females with fall 2025 calves at side and rebred - safe in calf. These Red Angus “Wet 2-year-old Pairs” are the culmination of 40+ years of a closed cow herd and R.A. Brown Ranch genetics. These are the cream of the crop. They all bred A.I. as heifers and have bred back first cycle as "wet" 2-year-olds. These girls are very docile and easy to handle, and they are as functional as they are fancy. Breeding Explanation: When we rebred these 2-year-olds in December 2025, we turned in High $Profit Red Angus Natural Service Sires when we pulled the Cdirs and then pulled those bulls the night before we A.I.'d them to Sure Thing. So it's possible, that one or two might have gotten bred to the bull, but still preg check the same as those that stuck to the A.I. mating
