WELCOME to the 36th Annual Ferguson Angus Bull Sale It is our pleasure to welcome you to our 36th Annual Production Sale here at Ferguson Angus! Our Mission since Lynn first put a straw of semen in a cow in the spring of 1981 has been to produce practical, common-sense Cattle that work for every segment of the beef industry—but most importantly, for You, our Customer. It’s been an interesting adventure for the last 45 years. From using QAS Traveler 23-4 and Paramount Ambush at the start of our program to Bulls like Basin Jameson, Ferguson Outpace, RSA Ball of Fire, Williams Jonesboro and others, we have continued to select for a balanced blend of calving ease, maternal and growth traits combined with carcass merit required to thrive in today’s value-based markets. Through it all, a good Angus Cow is still the greatest asset we have! We would enjoy having you join us on Tuesday, March 24th here at the Ranch near Agra, KS to evaluate the bulls. The bulls will be available for viewing all morning, with lunch served before the sale which begins at 1:00 by our friend Dan Johnson who is a master at preparing beef served with all the fixings and desserts that include his specialty, homemade ice cream (he does a pretty good job of fixing our Dodge Trucks also at his real job). Buy with confidence as we stand behind our genetics and are committed to your success beyond sale day. If you cannot join us in person, you can make your purchases using DVAuction. The bulls are here at our East Headquarters in the Feedlot always ready for your inspection before the sale. Folks come by frequently and look through the bulls this time of year.
