Learning SESSIONS Our learning sessions are designed to build essential skills in leadership, teamwork, and diversity & inclusion. Each session has been developed to provide learners with a fundamental understanding of the techniques and concepts related to that particular topic. To enhance learning, we incorporate lively discussion, customized mini- cases, and hands-on experiential activities.

Strong Teams Start with Trust Trust is the foundation for building healthy, high- performing teams. Participants will increase their understanding of the critical importance of trust in building and sustaining workplace relationships to promote teamwork, collaboration, and achievement of goals. Taking Back Your Time Sometimes it feels like there are simply not enough hours in the day. Time is our most valuable resource. In this session, you’ll learn how to properly delegate and prioritize tasks. Participants will also develop tactics to change time wasting habits and engage in practices that help maximize the use of our time. Learn ways to manage interruptions, intrusions, and distractions, and to prioritize daily activities in a more efficient, productive manner. Taking the Fear Out of Feedback This course on receiving feedback is designed to empower participants with the skills to embrace constructive criticism effectively. Participants will learn practical steps for accepting feedback more positively and viewing it as an opportunity for growth rather than criticism. Taming the Email Tiger Email was never intended to replace real-time communication. However, email has become the go-to method for communicating with coworkers, customers, and business associates.
