CHAPTER NEWS

At one time, the chapter covered three Ivy League universities: Harvard University, Dartmouth College, and Brown Univer- sity. Theta Iota represented the small, elite liberal arts colleges, known as the Little Ivies, including Amherst, Bentley, Tufts, and Wes- leyan, as well as some of the most competitive schools in the country. The chapter once included the flagship universities of two states: the University of Massachu- setts at Amherst and the University of Connecticut, the two largest public uni- versities in New England. With such a legacy, Theta Iota is inspired to look forward to another 50 years of achievement.
