AVIS : DEMANDE DE PLAN DE LOTISSEMENT La demande suivante de plan de lotissement a été déposée auprès du service d’Urbanisme et de Foresterie de la corporation des Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell : Dossier : SUB-001-2025 Requérant : Beevar Homes Inc Description : Cette demande vise à créer un nouveau plan de lotissement comprenant un total de 93 unités d’habitation résidentielles desservies par des services municipaux complets. Le plan proposé prévoit la création de 30 lots et blocs, lesquels seront aménagés avec une combinaison de maisons unifamiliales, maisons jumelées, maisons en rangée, maisons superposées, un sentier piétonnier et une nouvelle rue. L’accès aux nouveaux lots se fera par la rue Marcel et la rue Chatelain. Les terrains visés sont désignés comme « secteur des politiques urbaines » dans le Plan officiel des Comtés unis, et comme « secteur des politiques résidentielles » dans le Plan officiel du Canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet. Ces affectations permettent ce projet résidentiel. L’ébauche de plan de lotissement s’applique à la propriété décrite légalement comme étant la partie du bloc F sur le plan enregistré M-1, dans le Canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet. NOTICE: PLAN OF SUBDIVISION The following plan of subdivision application has been submitted to the Planning and Forestry Department of the Corporation of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell: File: SUB-001-2025 Applicant: Beevar Homes Inc. Description: This application is intended to create a new plan of subdivision consisting of 93 residential dwelling units to be developed with full municipal services. The proposed plan includes the creation of 30 lots and blocks, which will be developed with a mix of single-family dwellings, semi-detached dwellings, townhouses, stacked townhouses, one walkway block, and a new street. Access to the new lots would be via Marcel Street and Chatelain Street. The subject lands are designated as “Urban Policy Area” in the United Counties’ Official Plan and as “Residential Policy Area” in the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet’s Official Plan, which allows residential development.
