Our safety systems have been developed over many years, providing a comprehensive framework for the implementation of safe systems of work for all our activities, clearly specifying the safety responsibilities of all levels of employees within the business. Embedded within the Integrated Management System are processes for establishing and verifying the competency of employees and the competency of any organisation used on a sub-contractor basis. ENGIE Fabricom undertakes ongoing reviews to ensure both training and competence of all employees is maintained and up to date.
