4. We will open our university to the public, expanding our cultural programmes and sports facilities and make them more visible and accessible 5. We will introduce Centenary scholarships for asylum seekers and become a University of Sanctuary in our Centenary year

We will build genuine local and regional partnerships that are based upon transparency, accountability and shared purpose, which will drive economic, social and cultural development in Wales and beyond 2. We will publish a civic mission strategy, which we will develop in collaboration with our partners with the aim of being an exemplar of civic mission best practice 3. We will promote the positive impacts that our staff and students have in our community and will create more volunteering opportunities for them
