She previously served as director of military engines engineering in Oklahoma City, leading the engine life management team and serving as the primary engineering interface with military leadership while driving growth and operational strategy. Gibbon has more than 20 years of engineering and operations experience, including leadership roles supporting the F119 and F135 programs and serving as chief of staff for the vice president of sustainment operations, where she led strategic initiatives and external partnerships. She joined Pratt & Whitney in 2010 after beginning her career with General Motors and holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering physics from the University of Central Oklahoma.
