As Vice President of Business Development at NewView Oklahoma, he drives growth initiatives that create employment opportunities for people who are blind while advancing state, federal, and commercial business lines. Before moving into mission-driven leadership, he spent more than a decade in marketing and brand strategy, including building and leading an in-house marketing team at a cybersecurity software company. Outside of work, he has a passion for music, philosophy and theology, scuba diving, and spending time with his family.

Seth Paxton leads government affairs for Paycom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of law. Paxton is involved in various nonprofit and civic organizations across the state and nationally. A seventh-generation Oklahoman, he was raised on his family’s farm in Tuttle and now lives in Oklahoma City.
