Devery Youngblood Executive Director, Oklahoma Aggregates Association 405-818-0133 Devery Youngblood has served as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Aggregates Association since 2019,
bringing experience in infrastructure, economic development, and public policy from roles with the Chickasaw Nation, the U.S. House of Representatives, and Oklahoma City’s MAPS program. He has led efforts to protect the aggregates industry, streamline regulations, and address mental health and substance abuse challenges in construction. Youngblood holds degrees from Southern Nazarene University and the University of Central Oklahoma and is an active community member, including long- standing involvement with the Oklahoma City Rotary Club.
