Artwork requirements l JPG or PNG image files

❍ Image files should have a pixel width of 580px (image height is dependent on your content but we recommend no taller than 800px based on common screen resolutions) ❍ You can supply either a single image for the email or several stacked images to make up the email ❍ JPG or PNG files should be supplied with appropriate URLs l A HTML file ❍ HMTL files should have a pixel width of 580px ❍ Please ensure that all graphics included are hosted online, accessible, and linked appropriately as we are unable to host the assets locally l A word document, complete with appropriate logos ❍ We cannot design the email, however we will try to honour any formatting present in the document where possible

Artwork requirements Artwork supplied for use on the CIPP website should be submitted as either a JPEG, or PNG, with RGB colour, and must be static . We are unable to accept animated GIF files. Delivery Please submit artwork to daniel.cull@cipp.org.uk and include the URL you would like the advert/button to direct to. Proofs Once the button/banner advert has been uploaded, a link will be sent for your approval. Delivery Please submit artwork to marketing@cipp.org.uk.
Proofs Once the email has been created we will send you a link to check and approve the content.
Please note: if content is not supplied as per the above criteria then we will be unable to send the email and re submission will be required. This may affect the scheduled distribution date.
