When the Year 6’ s went on an excursion to the MCG we first walked on the ground. When we were on the ground it felt super fresh since people are also working on it making sure it ’ s top class for the professionals to play on. When on the ground we got to sit on the players seats where they sit in games. We also went to the coaches box which was up high but that was only the start of it. After that we went to the tallest seats in the stadium and viewed the whole stadium, the person giving us the tour also told us about one chair in the stadium that was a different colour to the others. When we went back inside I saw the longest long jump record in person it was amazing how far a person could jump. Then we went to learn about the aboriginal cricket team and it was very interesting to see the history of the MCG and the indigenous people playing cricket so long ago. We also saw a hologram of Shane Warne one of the greatest cricket ballers ever then after all that we met and Olympic diving champion, Jenny Donnet. Ajak & Ryder
