Year Twelve VCAL Class of 2022

This years Year 12 VCAL class have continued to set the bar high in terms of their commitment to their studies in the second half of the year. It has been a steep learning curve for everyone as they completed numerous learning outcomes across all the areas of Literacy, Numeracy, Work Related Skills and Personal Development. In their final Learning Outcome for Literacy students prepared a 10 minute presentation reflecting on their learning journey to date. They discussed their favourite memories from Primary and Secondary School, shared funny stories from their early childhood, identified and discussed the influence of role models, wrote thank you letters to influential teachers who have contributed to their journeys and shared their 5 year plans for the future. Their openness and willingness to share their thoughts was received by the audience with many smiles, laughs and at times tears (mainly from Renee!). We wish our graduating class all the best for their future journeys. It has been an honour and joy to share this part of their lives and we wave goodbye with absolute certainty that they will move on and achieve the goals they have set themselves.
