Florida recently recorded its 11th consecutive month of year over year increases in home sales. Pending sales are also rising, inventory has begun tightening, and perhaps most importantly, families who spent the last few years waiting are deciding it is time to move forward. We are seeing that same renewed energy throughout Martin County, St. Lucie County and Palm Beach County.
