Q. Why not on bottom lashes? A. When you apply the serum on your eyelid it will also travel to the bottom lashes. There is also higher risk to poke your eye and get serum in your eye, which will cause an irritation. Q. What if I apply it twice a day or double dip? A. If you apply it more than once a day will not make your eyelashes grow faste r and might cause an irritation Q. Can I use EyEnvy on my eyebrows? A. Yes! EyEnvy can significant- ly improve the density of your eyebrows. Keep in mind that if there has been any trauma to the eyebrow area which includes scar tissue, hair will not grow.

A. When used in the morning the eye’s lacrimal glands are more active. At night your eyes become more sensitive after all day looking at electronic devices and affected by pollution.
A. You need the minimum amount of product to make it work, double dipping will just cause wasting product.
Q. M y eyes are itchy/red/ irritated from EyEnvy. A. Certain individuals may be sensitive to the ingredients in EyEnvy. Take special care and follow proper application. Most clients overuse/overapply, which causes irritation. Q. Can I apply makeup after using EyEnvy? A. Yes, you can use all forms of makeup after applying EyEnvy. First apply EyEnvy to a clean lid and then let it dry for 1-2 minutes. You may then apply make-up as usual.
Q. I wear contacts, can I use EyEnvy? A. Yes! We recommend inserting contact lenses ap- proximately 15 minutes after applying EyEnvy .
DO’S:
- Apply ONCE a day ONLY in the MORNING, every day for 3 months, and after 3 months apply every other day to maintain results. - If you apply it more than once a day it will not make your eyelashes grow faster and might cause your eyelashes to fall out, along with an irritation. - Results will begin in 4 to 6 weeks - If you have lash extensions apply EyEnvy every other day. Your natural lashes will be stronger and the adhesive of the extension will adhere better. - The recommended minimum age for applying EyEnvy is 18 years old - If you just microbladed your brows, please wait until your skin is fully healed before you start using EyEnvy. - EyEnvy can be used with a lash lift & tint, kindly just wait 48 hours after getting your treatment done. - Do not double dip - Do not apply on bottom lashes - Do not share the lash conditioner/brush - Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding/lactating - Do not use if you are allergic to the ingredients - Do not use if you are currently under chemotherapy or radiation for cancer treatments. Q. Is EyEnvy safe during pregnancy and/or breast- feeding? A. EyEnvy has not been tested in all situations; therefore we do not recommend using EyEnvy during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always ask your doctor. Q. Can I put on mascara after applying EyEnvy? A. Yes! Mascara can be used 1-2 minutes after applying the serum. It is recommended to use the EyEnvy mascara as it will also condition the lashes.
Q. I have/had cancer traetments, can I use EyEnvy?
Q. What if I have sensitive eyes?
A. We recognize that EyEnvy is not for everyone. If you are sensitive or allergic to any of our ingredients, EyEnvy is probably not for you. We recommend usage every other day for sensitive eyes.
A. Yes , begin using EyEnvy 6 months after the last chemo treatment, this will ensure more accurate and stable results. Start use under the instructions for sensitive eyes.
