upper floors would contain residential uses, including two storey penthouse units with private rooftop terraces. The roof would contain a green roof treatment, which would be incorporated into usable outdoor amenity space. Building facades would maintain the rhythm and character of existing heritage properties throughout the Central Area. The new plaza would include hardscaped surfaces, which would incorporate a variety of furnishings including benches, waste receptacles and pedestrian-scaled lighting. The plaza would also incorporate a gateway feature / commercial signage feature near the intersection of Broadway and Bridge Streets.
