SALE TERMS & CONDICTIONS:
* Any death or injury after the animal is sold is at the buyer’s risk. * All Bulls will be semen and trich tested and will have passed a breed- ing soundness evaluation prior to the sale. * Anyone previewing animals at the ranch attend at their own risk and without liability on the part of the owners or their employees. * We will deliver at no cost up to 300 miles. We will work with you on anything over that. * Individual health papers will be provided for shipment to any state. * Pictures were taken on January 29, 2025. * Corrections or additions of any information contained in the sale cata- log will be listed on-line through DV Auctions and will take precedence over any printed material.
* The cattle will sell under the standard terms and conditions as recom- mended by the American Hereford Association. * Each Animal will be sold to the highest bidder without reservation. * Terms of all sales will be cash unless arrangements are made with the seller prior to the sale * Bulls are guaranteed. In case an adjustment is required, it will be with a replacement animal of equal value to the animal in question or credit on the purchase of another animal. No adjustments will be made after nine (9) months of the sale day on any animal. * The animal becomes the property of the purchaser as soon as sold but it shall be the responsibility of the seller to see that animals are properly cared for until delivered to the purchaser.
