Auction Closing DV Auction Closeout: March 7 at 6:00 PM CDT All lots for this event will close at the same time. If a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the closing time, closing times for that event will be extended to 5 minutes after that bid. This continues until no bids are placed for 5 minutes.

Semen Interest Retaining 1/3 semen interest on all bulls offered in the Twin Creek Ranch Bull Sale.

Health & Management All bulls have received IBR, BVD, P13, BRSV, 7-way blackleg; and at least two rounds of Ivermectin or Dectomax (for internal and external parasites). Trucking Bulls will be delivered free of charge within a 200 mile radius of Osborne, Kansas. Bulls outside that range will be delivered using the most economical trucking possible. EPDs & Data Please note that EPDs may change from the time sale catalog is completed to when the bulls are transferred. EPDs are current from Simmental BOLT as of February 15, 2026. Weaning weight at of 9/15/25. Yearling weight at of 2/1/26. Fertility & Guarantee All bulls were fertility tested by Russell Veterinary Service, LLC, Dr. Dane Anspaugh, and sell as guaranteed sound breeders for four breeding seasons. This guarantee does not include loss due to abuse, neglect, illness and/or acts of God (lightening, flood, etc). Full credit will be issued in the first breeding season (6 months) if a problem relating to bad feet or semen is experienced. Credit will equal the purchase price minus the salvage value. Credit reduced 25% of that value for each breeding season completed. Feet will be covered for unsoundness not caused by illness, foot rot, or other bulls. A vet statement listing the condition of the bull to verify the problem with the bull is required to receive credit. Risk & Liability Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser for loss or injury as soon as sold. We strongly recommend a mortality insurance policy be taken out on any animal purchased. The seller assumes no liability for accidents or injury that may occur to the animal after it is sold. Boarding Bulls will be wintered at no additional charge until April 7, 2026. Any bulls left past April 7, 2026 will incur a $4/day feed charge.
