She wants a custom condo inspired by Hispanic culture. Considerations include layered lighting, cultural appreciation, wheelchair accessibility, and ensuring the home serves as a conversation starter. The condo will be constructed in the next 60 months before the client occupies the space. Josie enjoys art, fitness, and hosting events for her friends and family. She also has a busy schedule restricting plants and pets from her lifestyle. Hispanic design is inspired by nature, so to accommodate this, the design will incorporate earth tones to balance the home, as well as floral illustration decor, inspired art, and hints of vibrant colors like natural elements coming from nature.
