December 2025
December was a month full of warmth, celebration, and some truly special moments. We farewelled a wonderful group of Korean nursing students who had been part of our community for ten weeks and who we will genuinely miss. Birthdays were celebrated for Vilma, Greg, Joy, Noel, and the remarkable Valda who turned an incredible 103 years young! We worked together to put up beautiful Christmas displays on every level of the home, enjoyed a concert with Les from Indigo Dusk playing sixties favourites and Christmas tunes, and gathered for Fish and Chips on the rooftop which proved as popular as ever. Our Christmas Eve Happy Hour was wonderfully festive, the Christmas raffle was drawn, and we enjoyed a beautiful Christmas lunch together with Santa gifts for all. A truly full and joyful month.
