Justin Hill has no plans to reduce his work week and still maintains the fitness, energy and enthusiasm of a man decades younger. He attributes his longevity and health to good genes. “I love what I do and have no imminent plans to retire. When asked about the desire to acquire addition- al companies and grow through acquisition, Hill says he is always open to the idea if there are “synergies” that make sense. “Like every multi-generational company, at some point it will end,” says Hill. “We’ve had a great run, but if my kids – and their kids – want to do it, it’s a good deal and I’ll be very happy.” “We agree,” says Andrea of the decision to join her father’s business with her husband two years ago while contributing to the legacy of the 140+ year-old company that is well-positioned for yet more growth. “That’s why we said a few years ago that we want to be a part of this won- derful business the generations before us created.
