A steady growth in under- graduate enrollment over the last few years has created a demand for more beds on cam- pus. In response, Immaculata University hired Kinsley to begin constructing new 4- and 5-bedroom suite-style housing units in a phased approach. Phase 1 will be completed for the fall semester 2014. Crab- tree Rohrbaugh & Associ- ates is the architect.
