We Have No Hidden Fees or Charges. Our fees and charges are tailored to suit your circumstances, so if you would like us to manage multiple properties for you, we can work out a personalised commission rate.

Letting Fee • Taking digital photographs of the property & compiling a property description • Marketing the property on websites realestate.com.au & getrentedbayside.com.au • Escorted Inspections with prospective tenants - we do not hand out keys • Scheduling of open homes • Tenant enquiry database match & Processing Tenancy Applications • Arranging Legal tenancy documentation - General Tenancy Agreement • Lodging of the Bond with the Residential Tenancies Authority • Detailed Entry Condition Report and inspection • Smoke alarm compliance as required & Landlord Insurance if needed Rent Collection & Management Fee • Full detailed entry condition report along with photographs • Full detailed exit reports and vacate inspections • Lodgement of all necessary RTA forms

Fortnightly Administration Fee • EFT Funds to your account fortnightly & Fortnightly Statements • Postage for mailing of correspondence throughout the month • Payment of accounts being processed • Trust account Compliance for your tax records Mediation/Tribunal Preparation And Attendance (If Required) • Preparation and lodgement of court documentation
