The monitoring tools outlined above will allow us to recognise and celebrate examples of high quality performance. We are committed to supporting our members to learn and grow their knowledge and skillsets. Every Instructor Member will be required to complete an annual learning needs self-assessment to identify areas for development. The trends identified in this assessment will help form future content of the MHFA England Instructor Member Development Programme.
Engagement with the MHFA England Instructor Member Development Programme is a mandatory part of membership and Instructor Members will be required to keep a written record of their learnings and log this on their dashboard in due course.
