TWO NEW PT TECHS! Daisy is currently a senior at Aurora University. She is working on her bachelor’s degree in Health Science and two minors in psychology and physiology. After graduation, she will continue her education in hopes Nicole has lived in the Naperville/ Aurora area her whole life and is excited to help and work in the community where she grew up in. She recently graduated this past May from DePauw University in Greencastle, Activa Physical Therapy Introduces
of achieving her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. Daisy was exposed to physical therapy during her teen years while playing competitive soccer. She then was accepted into a programmed called Medical Topics, in which she was exposed to the different working areas that physical therapist could potentially work. After, many observations and rotations between clinics. Daisy now believes that making a personal relationship with every patient is the foundation for a successful journey in therapy. This, allows the patient to feel welcomed and comfortable thus allowing the therapist to deliver the most adequate treatment possible. Aside from school and work, Daisy really enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, drawing, and most importantly spending time with her family.
Indiana with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology. With her degree, she hopes to become a physical therapist, potentially specializing in pediatrics or sports medicine. While she is in the application process, she is happy to be at Activa Physical Therapy as a physical therapy technician to learn and gain experience in the field. Outside of physical therapy, her interests lie in sports, fitness, dogs and food. She is thrilled to be part of the Activa team and get to know all of the past, present and future patients! She had already absorbed and learned much more about patient care and the profession and hopes to carry that out in her own education and career in the future.www.goactiva.com
