Researchers in a global study found that psychological safety helps us innovate and take better risks. And it’s all about how we feel in our teams. It’s more than just trust between individuals, and more about how the whole team feels. When we feel safe in our team, we feel safe to speak out with ideas on how things could be better. We feel safe to speak up about what’s really on our minds – such as when something is not quite right for a guest or a colleague. Because of course it is the sharing of ideas from our team members that lead to extraordinary Heartist experiences for all.
