Personal recognition is recognition that I'm part of the Accor program. My loyalty to Accor comes from the recognition that I get - it's one of the reasons I come back. Everything is personalised. That’s what turns a stay into an experience. When you stay at an Accor hotel regularly, they know your name, whether it's the reception or the restaurant. And even when it's a new Accor hotel, they recognise you as a member and go out of their way to welcome you into their hotel as their guest. It makes me feel appreciated.
