There's some really tactile practical things that I just love about being appreciated for my loyalty, like the water beside the bed and a welcome cheese plate for example. But it's the little gems that I love most - remembering your name, remembering what you like, what coffee you have and coming up and having a chat and saying, how are the kids? It's about building a relationship that lasts. Joanne ALL DIAMOND MEMBER
I must say I always enjoy the handwritten notes – especially if it is someone that I can identify in the hotel. It’s just so nice to know that it comes from a real person. It makes me feel so welcome and that you really like having me stay here. When we stayed in Fiji we had a lovely housekeeping lady and she really brightened every single day we were there. My husband and I just thought she was amazing. She'd always smile. Nothing was too much trouble - she was just lovely. Just made a real difference. Anthea ACCOR PLUS PLATINUM MEMBER
Being an ALL member is not about collecting points for me. It is about really connecting with people. Having a sense of being part of the Accor team, part of the family, enjoying the experience, having some fun with the team. It's no good going to work without fun. So you got to have some fun when you're there! And just being able to understand people's concerns - I might have a problem and that team member will say, "Hey, David, don't worry about that problem. It'll go away. We can do something about it. Would you like an extra bottle of water?" For me it’s all about being connected to the individual people. I can’t thank my friends at Accor enough – I just really love all my family here. David ACCOR PLUS DIAMOND MEMBER
