SAY IT Express or show gratitude to your partner family or friends. ,
PONDER Linger on thoughts of positive moments from the day.
PRACTICE POSITIVITY
BREATHE Take a few deep breaths before your gratitude exercises to be grounded, present, mindful.
Practice not gossiping, complaining or judging for a day etc.
MEDITATE Make a ritual of 2 - 5 minutes gratitude meditations . “
WRITE IT Write down a letter
BE THANKFUL Express gratitude at meals alone or with loved ones.

JOURNAL IT Keep your gratitude journal (any blank paged book will do) by your bedside and each night list 3 - 5 positive experiences from the day. Elaborate on one of these ideas .
SPOT IT Write down what you appreciate about yourself.
FEEL IT Think about what you are grateful for each morning.
