Eat healthy food. Nourish your body and protect your immune system. Make sure you get at least 5-7 serves of veggies a day.
Get plenty of quality sleep - but not too much. If you have a day off or work from home, don’t sleep the day away.
Keep up your social connections online and on the phone. Check-in with colleagues, friends and family virtually.
Plan out your day Give yourself structure and routines you can stick to.

Practice deliberate mindful relaxation
Find ways to be supportive, active and productive. Feeling and being useful fuels positive emotions. Focus on what you can do, not what you can’t. Help colleagues do the same.
Make time for hobbies. What absorbed you when you were a kid? These same things can be sources of great joy as an adult, bringing more positivity in your day, the better you can cope with challenging times.
Find time for laughter. Watch a funny movie. Share funny memories with a friend.
