Regularly practising mindfulness meditation has been shown to improve mood, relieve stress, improve sleep, improve mental health and reduce pain. It starts with listening.

DEEP LISTENING : DADIRRI

Perhaps the most important, the most unique gift, that we can give to our fellow Australians is called dadirri. It is inner, deep listening and quiet, still awareness. Dadirri recognises the deep spring that is inside us. We call on it and it calls to us. This is the gift that people thirst for - “contemplation”.
