GREAT WEEK # AWAY After a long and tiring journey, we arrived at the huge campus of Plas Gwynant. After we’d finished unpacking, we had delicious burgers and chips. One evening we went on a peaceful night walk. We realised how different and unique nature was compared with the city. Each day we fulfilled many activities such as: abseiling down a slippery rock, amazing gorge walking and canoeing across a freezing cold lake. It was a fantastic experience! Thanks to Keavagh and Clara for the story. Quotes from some of the children: I was put out my comfort zone but it was worth it - Zavia Loved it! I had new experiences and learnt growth mind set on the way - Aiesha I enjoyed doing gorge walking because we got soaked. We learnt about teamwork and communication - Joshua My favourite part was going up the mountain because it was challenging me and the view from the top was amazing! - Olivia Thanks to the Y6 children for the story.
