A 50-year-old, former Peugeot workshop called The Core is the headquarters of the world’s biggest service provider in the Netherlands. The workshop architecture with its loft-like charm has been retained. The building is divided into four separate zones, each of which has a unique look. The café is a meeting place for customers and colleagues, the workshop with its project tables and break-out areas encourages interaction and innova- tion, the client lab is for collaborating with customers and the library an oasis of calm and focus.
Thanks to the saw-tooth roofs, the building is full of daylight. It was developed to comply with the Well Building Standard, which, in addition to ecological aspects, also fosters the health and well-being of people in the building.
