ÜberFluss, an unusual designer hotel (Kastens + Siemann architects), is located to the west of the town center and looks over the Weser river. The hotel offers luxurious rooms, suites and apartments, a spa with a pool and facilities for conferences and events. The sixth story has a conference and event venue with two rooftop terraces, a private bar and lounge for up to 40 people. The second story also has space for up to 60 people who can enjoy a view of the river through floor-to-ceiling windows. The design concept incorporates traditional and vintage pieces, as well as exquisite materials, for a backdrop that leaves a lasting impression.
On the Weser side, the building appears to be divided into three separate ones whose dimensions are the same as the original sizes of the land. And a historic facade is, of course, integrated in the crisp, modern cube-shaped edifice.
