The architects discussed the interior design concept for the interior with the client. The goal was for the offices to be communicative, open spaces in order to foster team building and interaction. They also didn’t want any hierarchies and specifically dedicated workspaces evident in the architecture, but placed emphasis on natural and high-quality materials, matte surfaces and a range of different working environments. The premises look professional but have the sort of comfortable, laid-back appeal that gives staff and customers the feeling that they are in good hands. The result is a prototype for the future of banking, which combines a high-tech infra- structure with an emotive appeal.

A shiny, white corner building connects the large-sized building with all its many windows and clinkered supporting structure to the new build. A distinctive, crisscrossed staircase takes center stage in the interior.
