8: 00 am -9:00am Welcome br eakfast
10:30am-11 :00 noon Arrive at COTA F1 circuit and receive a talk from a member of the F1 team and partners. Between 11:00am-2:00pm Staggered tours,within small groups, of the TATA F1 Technical Centre over lunch.
9:30am-10:30am Coach arrive to transfer delegates to the COTA F1 circuit 10:00am From 10:00am delegates have two hospitality options to choose from.
1 2 : 0 0 pm - 2:00pm Buffet lunch and hospitality available .
10: 00am Option 1:
Experience the best golf in Texas on four golf courses in the heart of Austins Hill Country tournament with CIO industry peers. Option 2: Visit the F1 race circuit in time for a F1 talk on innovation and technology . Followed by, small group tours of the F1 communications hub throughout the afternoon. During a buffet lunch enjoy informal “networking” with industry CIO/CISO piers throughout the afternoon, watching P1 and P2.
2:00pm- 3:00pm Practice 1
3:00pm-4:00pm Coffee Break
4:00pm Option for d elegates depart to Bergstrom Airport or hotel by minibus.
5:00pm-6:00pm Practice 2
6:00pm -7:00pm Coaches depart COTA to hotel or airport .
