BGA | BUSINESS IMPACT

A ‘What is very interesting is that [Business Schools’] customers of the future are going through a wholesale change, not only in online learning, but also in terms of how they see education. This is going to drive a really different expectation from them as more of a

consumer. They will have very different ideas, even from what they had six months ago, as to what they want their education to be like. ‘My own children are very aware of travel and climate change and have been concerned with those things since

they were four and I think this mindset will also drive expectations of what their education will look like. There were some disruptions which were happening anyway but, as with so many things, Covid-19 will have expedited these, and many of those things are positive.’
