The town-based hotel is on a steep hill and there is no ramp access, but assistance is available at the hotel and spa. There are disabled parking spaces, and all floors and facilities are accessible by lift, except for the spa facilities. There are nine large rooms with balconies that can accommodate wheelchairs with fully accessible wet-room showers.
